Sanderson Farms Half Way Pick - Maybe Malnati?

I will confess the three players I have backed for this so far have not been great - they all missed the cut, but I will have one last roll of the dice. Malnati won this back in 2015 (his only PGA tour title to date) and at this point he sat t8th and six shots back, he is in a similar position now - the same number of shots back but he has eleven players in front of him. The two winners of normal tour events in this "new season" Hudson Swafford and Stewart Cink hadn't won in years so Malnati can take heart from that. His best form has undoubtedly been shown when teeing it up close to home in Tennessee, with a Korn Ferry Tour victory in his home state and he has even challenged at Southwind in the Fedex St Jude before. He really has nothing to lose over the weekend, by rights he would probably find himself playing golf back on the lower tour, but this years events have given him a chance. I have backed him on Betfair 110 win only with a view to trade and also 100/1 and 90/1 e/w, one other interesting market is the top American one where he is 50/1 with Ladbrokes who still bet to four places or Betfair/Paddy who offer 55/1 but only three places.
