We were somewhat gutted that the young German came up short last week but feel that the weather could really have caused him a few problems and in the final round due to there being no redraw he was not really playing with those in contention.Anyway - onto this week - he still ranked top for total driving and we think it really is only a matter of time before he wins |

We have struggled a bit with this event and to be honest there seems little value about but Singh returns to Europe to play in a poor event on a course which should suit his game.
There are certainly not many players on show in this event who could boast a stat of entering the final round of the Masters and last WGC event in the top 20 and we think the 66/1 is just a bit too generous |

Certainly not a player we would even consider backing but Scott should thrive in these conditions as he did last year when 3rd.
It is rare to find what we feel is great value at this sort of price but in his last 14 PGA starts Scott has finished in the top 5 8 times and won twice - in theory he should be half this price. |

Chalmers has been playing really well this season with 4 top 20 finishes from 5 starts and you can ignore his missed cut where he took a 13 on a par 3 - if he hadn't he would have been right up there with the leaders - it was just one of those holes!!
He has played here twice before and missed the cut both times but the course has changed and you no longer need to be a total birdie machine. |

We have been waiting for this event for some time for the young German to finally show his true colours on the main tour - we are slightly disappointed he finished 3rd last time out as it has ruined his price somewhat!
We thought he might struggle out in Asia on greens and in conditions rather alien to what he is used to at his young age but on his return to Europe he has started to thrive. He also has the great advantage of course experience and whilst it has been revamped he was 4th on the Challenge Tour here last year |
